The Donors donating under the scheme will have life time privilege to recommend a bed as and when need arises fulfilling the admission criteria. Bed/Beds will be reserved for the donors under this scheme as follows.
- Donation Rs. 21 Lacs - One Bed
- Donation Rs. 51 Lacs - Three Beds
- Donation Rs. 75 Lacs - Five Beds
- Donation Rs. 100 Lacs - Seven Beds
For seeking admission and allotment of a bed, a written request application is required to be made in trust's prescribed format at least seven days in advance. A bed will he allotted in any available category class on receipt of application from donor or its nominee registered with trust. A desired category bed will be allotted as per choice of the occupant at a later date.
Only recommendations by the donors will not entitle any person for admission. The admission will be given strictly as per prescribed rules and regulations of the trust.
The occupant has to pay the charges as per category of the bed allotted prevailing at the time of admission and subject to revisions from time to time.
No favors / special services / discount will be entertained.
In the event of any disagreement / dispute, the decision of the board of trustees or governing council in the matter will be final and binding to all the parties
- Naming Medical Home
■ New medical home will be named as per wish of the donor at Pardi Bunder Complex.
- Naming Critical Care Unit
■ A plaque will be put on the unit for naming the door The Critical Care unit (CCU) is an integral Part of medical home will address the emergency medical needs of in house patients. This will also take care of ongoing critical specialized treatment. The CCU will be having specialized beds and equipped with latest sophisticated Ventilators, Multi Para Monitors, Difibrillators, Central Oxygen etc and will have round the clock supervision by intensivist and other trained staff.
- Naming each Wing of Medical Home Building
■ There will be 12 wings. Three wings (North, East and West) on each floor i.e. Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor and Third Floor.
- Naming Canteen and Dining Hall
■ Patients if desire will be brought to dining hall for their meals.
- Naming Laundry Unit
■ The laundry unit will consist of the washing equipments necessary for the purpose.
- Naming Physiotherapy Unit
■ This is a specialized unit which will be managed by qualified physiotherapists. It will consist of latest sophisticated equipments.
- Adopt - a - Patient Scheme
■ An unique scheme - anybody wishes to sponsor the cost of caring a senior citizen for minimum period of one year (yearly cost Rs. 1.5 lac), the name of the donor will be displayed (if desired) by the bed side.
- Staff Quarters
■ Staff quarters is a part of medical home as the bedridden inmates need caring round the clock by attending staff.
- Guest House
■ A guest house with six rooms for relatives of the inmates used for their short stay to spend some time with the patients.
